Run - KLCC Park

Did 5.54km today. time recorded 38 minutes.



Further to that, continue 1 hour in gym for various intensity exercise.
with Personal trainer (PT)

For back muscle

T-Rex - suspension using body weight - for shoulder

Finish up with 3km cycling - scale 10 difficulty

Tomorrow plan for group jogging at Perdana Lake Garden KL. Looking at 8km run within 40-50mins duration.
